Contrast enhanced abdominal CT in the arterial and venous phase demonstrates a 2 cm hyper enhancing lesion in the left lobe of the liver best seen on the arterial phase with subsequent peripheral filling in and a small central scar. This is a classic CT appearance of focal nodular hyperplasia.
