Patient on anticoagulation with abdominal pain. Contrast enhanced CT demonstrates a segmental area of mural thickening involving the jejunum in the left abdomen. This is mass like thickening and in the right clinical setting could represent a neoplasm such as adenocarcinoma or lymphoma. In this case the thickening was due to intramural hemorrhage.
